I spent some time this weekend reflecting on what I was up to in winters past...

I am reminded about how I gathered equipment for my amateur attempt at Cider making...not a success, but the Elderflower Champagne that would follow was amazing!

 

 

Time spent on farms really helped me cultivate a connection with nature. In this photo you can see how the crisp air enhances the rawness of such an environment

Looks like another winters day started off per normal. This reminds me how the grass is always crunchy underfoot in the mornings this time of year.
